I'm going to be working on a mix to share, just a sample of the stuff I play live, so hopefully that can be finished sometime in the near future. Probably won't be amazing... oh, wait, yes it will.

Haha, well, missed a week's posting on here, so sorry faithful fans. Hahahahaha...

Anyways, am beginning to explore Ableton Live on my Mac, though honestly that will be an endless process. Have to get some additional equipment, a USB Midi Controller, like the Novation ReMOTE Zero SL or something similar, and then an external USB Soundcard (in order to be able to precue shit like a "normal" non-computer-using DJ.

Three gigs in four days... whew.

Due to the holiday season things were a bit laid back over the weekend, but the show's all went well.

The X-Mas Eve Full Moon Party was definitely a bit crazy, with cheap buckets of rum and cokes (Thailand-style) putting more than a few drunks out on the dancefloor. I DJed for six hours, which was intense and fun.

Another good weekend, despite Matt's absence (the owner) The Basement was pretty busy, and special thanks to our co-worker Esther for joining us this time around. Liz and Rachel got the dancefloor going, as always - thanks ladies!

A successful, though tiring, weekend. The Basement was definitely bumping, something about that pole seems to make the party crazy. Neo is a beautiful new club, with a killer system, dancefloor, and drink special (15,000 all you can drink), just needs to be packed :-).

Friday nights at The Basement are going to be a regular gig.
Neo is something new, and its starting "late" and going "even later" - my style of party - and it is hopefully also the beginning of a regular thing.
Still waiting for my Mac laptop to arrive, so that the beats can get MUCH funkier, but until then I'll be rocking things on 2 CD decks...
